No — the early stages are easy and build gradually. You stop when you reach your limit. Is the test uncomfortable? The final minutes feel tough, but the test is short, controlled and fully supervised. Most of the session is manageable, and you can stop at any time. How should I prepare? Arrive well hydrated. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and large meals for 3–4 hours beforehand, and avoid hard training for 12–24 hours to ensure accurate results. What should I wear? Standard training kit and running shoes. How do I get my report? We send it digitally within 48hrs
