Co-founder of OneTrack, Anthony is a Sports Scientist with over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, coaching everyone from beginners to Olympic athletes. He specialises in exercise physiology and biomechanics and is the former Head Coach of Precision Run at Equinox.

Laura Fletcher
Co-founder of OneTrack, Laura is recognised as a leading marketer within the luxury lifestyle sector, with a proven track record in building and scaling influential brands. Her career spans senior marketing roles at Matchesfashion.com, Harvey Nichols and Mr & Mrs Smith.

Ben
Burch
Ben is an experienced technologist with a career spanning operations and technology across retail, e-commerce, banking and fitness, with a proven track record delivering for start-ups and SME’s. He's also an international rower turned ultra-runner.

Richard Hughes
Richard is a commercial and strategic CFO with significant experience developing and strengthening UK SME’s and internationally quoted groups. Richard is also the previous owner and publisher of Athletics Weekly.

Anthony Fletcher

He founded OneTrack with a passion for precision-driven running performance, combining data, technique and real-time feedback. His belief: great runners are built, not born — and that every session must deliver meaningful adaptation.

George Morris
George is a Chartered Scientist in Sport & Exercise and has devoted his career to helping runners refine rhythm, pacing and endurance. He combines evidence-based physiology with hands-on coaching to support runners from mid-pack to marathon finishers.

Nakul Kumar
With a PhD in Strength & Conditioning and extensive experience working across disciplines, Nakul brings athleticism, resilience and smart training to OneTrack’s runners. He helps our athletes move faster, recover better and stay strong as they progress through 5K to ultra distances.

Phoebe Redding
Phoebe is a qualified nutritionist (ANutr) and personal trainer with a rich academic foundation in movement science. She helps athletes fuel smarter, move stronger and balance life + running. Whether you’re aiming for a PR or simply to feel healthier as you train, Phoebe blends kindness with expertise.
