Edge is your threshold session — a controlled, sustained effort that invites you to settle into the place where challenge meets composure. You’ll run at a comfortably hard intensity that pushes your body to the edge of its comfort zone and out of it, improving endurance, and strengthening mental resilience. This is the zone where true progress happens: not sprinting, not cruising, but learning to stay steady when the effort rises. Edge trains your ability to regulate pace, manage that voice in your head, and stay focused even when things feel tough. It’s about developing confidence on the run and in the rest of your life. After the session, expect to feel grounded and capable, with a renewed sense of both strength and control.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the session starts. Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 1 hour before the start time.
