Service Description
Flow is your long run — the heart of endurance training and the gateway to one of running’s most rewarding sensations: the flow state. You’ll move at several steady, sustainable paces that allow you to tune into your breath, your stride and the rhythm of your surroundings. As your body calibrates and relaxes into the effort, your mind follows, creating the calm, focused momentum that we call “moving meditation”. Flow builds aerobic capacity, strengthens your mental stamina, and develops the steady resilience needed for lasting performance. (We’ll take you some of the distance and then give you the tools to go all the way). By the end, you’ll feel both grounded and with a sense of achievement. Depending on how far you go, you may need to bring fuel and hydration for the mental and physical journey.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the session starts. Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 1 hour before the start time.
