Service Description

Surge is an interval session built around your body's physiology to create change. The mind and body will draw on the benefits of the high energy work and restorative rest. This format trains your body to produce speed efficiently on demand and recover effectively between efforts — a fundamental skill for improving race pace and overall running performance. Surge is fast, purposeful and invigorating. These sessions aim to increase your top-end speed, strengthen cardiovascular capacity, and improve your ability to handle sudden changes in effort level. The work is demanding but structured, and you’re in control. Each interval is optimised to maintain quality, and the recovery periods are deliberate, not rushed. This approach builds physiological adaptation but with a “minimum effective dose” mentality. Beyond the physical gains, the sharp mental focus required during intervals carries over — you'll finish with improved concentration and a clearer head for the rest of your day.


Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the session starts. Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 1 hour before the start time.
