Service Description

After an initial discussion to understand your goals, we'll work with you to create a personalised session plan covering mobility, strength and cardio. We tend to follow these steps to create a training plan but will always adjust based on your needs: 1. Assess your goals 2. Understand the structural mechanics of your body 3. Ensure adequate training preparation 4. Define optimum training intensity 5. Define sufficient recovery periods 6. Consistency, consistency, consistency…this is where your commitment comes in!

Appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if more than 24 hours notice is provided.
