Run + Plunge — Frensham Pond
Join us for an easy 5km social run followed by a dip in the pond. We’ll head out together at a relaxed, conversational pace before transitioning straight into heat and cold — the perfect way to unwind, recover, and connect. As little ones are welcome, please ensure you have rsvp'd for any adults and children attending.

5km easy social run (2 x 2.5km laps -- all paces welcome)
