About The Event
Join us for a 7 km run (or option to do intervals), followed by a complementary selection of TRIBE goodies to refuel after the session.
We'll meet at the Kennington Park Workspace on Brixton Road at 18:15 and kick off the run at 18:30. For the 7km Tempo Run, there will be various pacers to guide you through the streets of Southwest London and a bag drop facility. Intervals will be lead by Onetrack Club Coach Heidi in Kennington Park.
As always, all abilities are welcome - this is a social run! Whether you’re working towards your next TRIBE challenge or simply want to get to know the community and train with like-minded people whilst supporting a positive cause, we’ve got you covered!
