Onetrack is an in-real-life club that meets on a track in Chelsea (London), where Roger Bannister trained to break the four-minute mile.
Free weekly track sessions take place each Monday at 6.45pm - 8pm at the Duke of York Square in Chelsea.
These sessions are open to all levels and are based on an interval format aimed at building speed and endurance.
During sessions, you’re likely to learn about the science of running - and so don’t be surprised if you naturally build out your running glossary with terms like lactate thresholds, negative splits and fartleks.
