The second in our series of strength sessions. Progressing the reps and intensity of the foundational movements that you did in session 1. Equipment: Bath towel (or similar) + chair.
3: STRENGTH SPECIFY
Moving on to more complicated work! It might not seem it, but single leg exercises are very challenging for the body to coordinate and so are considered an advanced exercise. Well done for doing all your prep to get here.
