Do I need to be fast to join?
Not at all. The session is interval-based, which means everyone works at their own pace. Every workout is scaled so beginners and experienced runners progress side-by-side.
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. We welcome runners of all abilities. If you’re new, simply arrive a few minutes early and let the coach know — we’ll guide you through everything.
Do I need to be a OneTrack member?
Yes — but membership is simply your free OneTrack account. Creating an account automatically makes you a Social Strides member, which allows you to book Chelsea Run Club sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis or join with a monthly/annual Workout Pass. There’s no extra step or fee to “become a member” — you just sign up, book, and you’re in.
What should I bring?
Just comfortable running kit and shoes. Water is optional. Belongings can be left by the track with the coach at your own risk.
Is the session outdoors?
Yes — this is a fully outdoor workout. There’s no shelter, so dress appropriately for the weather.
Are there bathroom or changing facilities?
Not on-site. Many runners use nearby cafés before or after the session.
What type of workout is it?
Every session is an interval workout: a mix of efforts, recoveries and technique drills designed to build speed, strength and endurance.
