Do I need to go to the gym to work with a personal trainer?

At OneTrack Club, our hybrid model combines real human coaching with smart app support, so you can train anywhere — not just in a gym.

What areas of London do our personal trainers cover?

What’s the difference between personal training and coaching?
Personal training typically focuses on the workouts themselves — what you do in the gym or session. Coaching goes deeper: it’s about the whole person — your mindset, lifestyle, recovery, and long-term performance. At OneTrack Club, we bridge both worlds. You get the motivation and structure of personal training, with the insight and support of professional-level coaching. The result? Real progress that lasts.
