1: DRILLS FOUNDATIONS
First in the series of our DRILLS series. We do these sessions to help us produce force. Seeing as running is a series of jumps, we want to get better and more tolerant to jumping.
2: DRILLS PROGRESS
Second in the series of our DRILLS workouts. We gently encourage the body to do a bit more work in this session. Building off what we learned in the first session, adding more power.
3: DRILLS SPECIFY
Third in the series of our DRILLS workouts. We gently add complexity to some of the exercises in this session. We're getting a bit more comfortable with some of the moves, so lets change that.
